I woke up this weekend morning. Put on my glasses, threw my hair into a messy ponytail and went to the kitchen to get some breakfast. I get to the kitchen and see my brother, Greg, standing with a couple of his friends. One was very hot with his shoulder length brown hair and big blue eyes. I stood at the walkway while all eyes were on me for a few seconds before I raced back to my room. I got dressed , put my contacts in and quickly ran to the bathroom to put some make up on. I couldn't believe my mom didn't warn me about the company we had over. She knew I didn't like people seeing me with my glasses on. When I was done making myself look presentable, I went back to the kitchen to eat and visit with the guys. As I was pouring my cereal I hear Greg asks, "Who did you get all fancied up for." I turned to him, giving him a dirty look and continued wtih preparing my cereal. He always has to make me feel dumb.
Just then there was a knock at the door. It was my neighboor Kevyn. He was by best friend. Every weekend, we would go to a movie, get lunch and then hang out in my little play house that my dad built for me in my backyard. It used to be the house I played with my dolls in. Now it is the place I go to so I can get away and have some privacy. On nights that I can't sleep, I go in there and Kevyn comes over. We talk about ours "love lifes" and watch movies for hours. Then we would both go home and climb into our beds before anyone knew. On this certain day. Candace, Kevyn and I went to see Spiderman. Is was the a week before he was going away for the summer. After the movie, we went to get pizza for lunch and went back to Candace's house.
